Hello! My name is Isaac Hughes and I am passionate about technology and its application to bringing about solutions that improve people's lives.

My current experience with coding has been with the programming language Python, where I have not only learned the fundamentals but also applied them practically. I am proficient in Python, which has allowed me to gain a strong understanding of core concepts such as data types, control structures, and functions.

In addition to mastering the basics, I am skilled in object-oriented programming, enabling me to design scalable and reusable code. I've worked with libraries like NumPy and Pandas to analyze data and automate tasks. This hands-on approach has deepened my problem-solving skills and understanding of best practices in Python development.

Recently I worked on a Python-based Todo List application. This application reads from and writes to a text file to persistently store todos.

The program uses functions such as get_todos and write_todos to manage tasks dynamically based on user input.

It features robust error handling for invalid inputs, uses loops to prompt the user for actions, and demonstrates practical use of file I/O operations, conditionals, and exception handling in Python.

Walmart Customer Service Desk Associate:

• Greet customers warmly and address their inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints efficiently following Walmart's policies.
• Process refunds and issue store credits or gift cards as needed.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide information on promotions.
• Manage lost and found items with proper documentation.
• Support customers with financial services such as bill payments and money transfers.

Applied Cloud Systems Social Media Assistant:

• Supported key leaders and sales executives in social media outreach.
• Managed an Azure SQL Server database to record LinkedIn connection requests.
• Reviewed and posted articles on social media platforms as a proxy for authors.
• Conducted SEO through keyword embedding, cross-linking, and content tagging.
